- Not MiCA-licensed; EU access still via passporting and unresolved as of mid-2026, and EU members Croatia and Slovenia are on the card issuance restriction list
- US remains customer-restricted (2026 FinCEN MSB is infrastructure-only); no card issuance either for residents of Singapore, India, Indonesia, Nepal, Turkey, Morocco, Russia, Ukraine, Mainland China and 37 other countries/regions
- No physical card delivery to Egypt, Tunisia or Palestine (virtual card only)
- 1.0% conversion + 1.20% FX stack on non-USD spend
